1. Introduction

Welcome to the on-line approval process for the 2026 annual general assembly documents of UEBT. We offer this option to allow all of you, wherever you are in the world, to look at and approve these documents. Later on, on 18 November, we will have a member exchange at the conference in Amsterdam.

UEBT is an association and we need you!

This web-page will be on-line from the 11th of June 2026. Please make sure you participate before the 20th of July 2026, by reviewing the documents contained here and then approving via the survey link at the bottom of the page.

The UEBT Board of Directors have approved the UEBT annual report and accounts, on the 2nd of June, and discharged the Secretariat. The General Assembly (all of our members) is now requested to approve the UEBT annual report and accounts.

As UEBT registered at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce on 25 November 2025 it was recommended to not change statutory auditors at this moment.

The UEBT Board of Directors therefore proposes to continue using our current auditor CR Gestion to audit the 2026 accounts.

UEBT needs its members to formally approve the Agenda points 2, 3 and 4.
